By accessing or using Garages Network (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. Workshops and equipment vendors must hold valid trade licenses and comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
Garages Network provides a marketplace and directory connecting car owners with verified automotive workshops and equipment sellers in the UAE. We do not perform repairs, sell parts directly, or employ mechanics. All services are provided directly by third-party workshops and sellers listed on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Workshops listed on the Platform undergo a verification process. However, Garages Network does not guarantee the quality of repairs, availability, pricing, or outcomes. Users are encouraged to review workshop profiles, ratings, and diagnostic capabilities before booking.
Appointments are booked through the Platform but payment terms are agreed directly between the car owner and the workshop. Garages Network does not process repair payments and is not responsible for disputes regarding pricing or service quality.
Users may not use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful purposes. This includes submitting false information, manipulating reviews, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, or interfering with platform operations.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Garages Network or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garages Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to repair outcomes, lost profits, or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
